Tricia received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with an emphasis in Early Childhood Education from Lawrence University in 1996. Immediately upon graduation Tricia began working with young children in a variety of settings. Through those early years she observed that young children learned best in settings that were calm, beautifully decorated, and free from pressures to complete a pre-selected curriculum. Soon after moving to Monsey and starting a family, Tricia was introduced to Leigh Mahler and Sheri Gershon, founders of a beautiful Torah school that perfectly combined all of the elements she was looking for. Their inspiring example lead her pursue MACTE certification in Montessori education from CGMS, develop a warm working relationship with Rabbi Jonathon Rietti, and open her own Torah-based Montessori program in her home. Since 2003, Tricia has been delighted to offer her unique program to young children and is now excited to expand her successful program to meet the needs of local elementary-aged children.
